Home Care Nurses

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Home Care Nurses located in Erumeli. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care, administering medications, assisting with patient care routines, monitoring patient health conditions, and managing wound care. Home Care Nurses will closely collaborate with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes while ensuring patient comfort and dignity.

Qualifications

• 2-5 yrs of experience in Nursing
• Educational Qualification GNM / BSc
• Strong expertise in Nursing
• Experience in delivering Home Care and ensuring the well-being of patients in a home healthcare setting
• Proficiency in Elder Care, Palliative Care, and Neuro care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate care
• Ability to adapt to different home environments and work independently
• Valid nursing license (NCI / SNCI) or relevant accreditation is required
• Prior experience in home healthcare is an advantage.
